Proud feminist Jennifer Lawrence has shut down reporters who criticised her decision to brave the cold in a plunging Versace dress at the Red Sparrow photocall in London.

Jennifer looked sensational in the dress, but it seemed to grab headlines for all the wrong reasons…

“Jennifer Lawrence Shivers in PLUNGING Dress with Gaping Thigh-Split That Looks Just Like Elizabeth Hurley’s Iconic Versace Gown,” wrote The Mirror.

“Why Is Jennifer Lawrence Nearly Naked on a Rooftop in the Freezing Cold?” The Daily Wire asked.

We didn’t expect the fierce and feisty Jennifer Lawrence to stay quiet amidst all the criticism, and we are kind of obsessed with her response.

“This is not only utterly ridiculous, I am extremely offended,” Jennifer Lawrence wrote.

“That Versace dress was fabulous, you think I’m going to cover that gorgeous dress up with a coat and a scarf? I was outside for 5 minutes. I would have stood in the snow for that dress because I love fashion and that was my choice.”

You go, girl!

But she didn’t end there. She made sure that every single one of her critics knew that it was her own decision to wear the dress, just like every other woman’s outfit is her own decision too.

“This is sexist, this is ridiculous, this is not feminism,” she continued.

“Over-reacting about everything someone says or does, creating controversy over silly innocuous things such as what I choose to wear or not wear, is not moving us forward. It’s creating silly distractions from real issues.

“Get a grip, people. Everything you see me wear is my choice. And if I want to be cold THAT’S MY CHOICE TOO!”
