Hilaria Baldwin has admitted that she and Alec Baldwin will be using humor as a way of explaining their two youngest children’s age differences…

The 37-year-old mom-of-six took to Instagram to address the elephant in the room, i.e. the ages of her two youngest children, Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, who is 11 months old, and María Lucía Victoria, who is now 5 months old.

The fitness instructor, who has been married to 63-year-old actor Alec Baldwin since 2012, explained that she has been struggling to find a “seamless” way to explain the very small age gap between her son and daughter…

“Whenever I meet people and they ask me my kids’ ages, I wait for their awkward moment when they calculate the age difference of my last two babies,” she wrote on Instagram, alongside a picture of herself with María Lucía Victoria, who is also known as MariLu.

“I have yet to come up with the seamless way to explain it,” her post continued.

“It is such a wild story, that I haven’t quite mastered it yet…joking about it, definitely diffuses the situation😂.”

It was confirmed that Hilaria gave birth to Edu back in September 2020, and then she revealed that she and husband Alec Baldwin welcomed MariLu, via surrogate, in March this year.

“What I do know is that I’m so existential now, becoming a mommy in this way, what makes us family, connected, communities…what makes us belong. The paths and nuances may be different, but the meaningfulness is what gives purpose to our existence,” Hilaria added.

“Not to sound too yoga schmoga, but it’s love, belonging, and acceptance…focusing on the soul and the being rather than the very outward simplicity of our shells or what we see others doing.

“Labels, shoulds and shouldnts, sometimes seem lazy and shortsighted to me now. How can we fit all of our being into limiting words? We are all on this path to connect and live our lives to their fullest capacity — acceptance is the greatest gift we can respect into each other.”

Alec and Hilaria are proud parents to daughters Carmen Gabriela, 7, and MariLu, 5 months, as well as sons Rafael Thomas, 6, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 4, Romeo Alejandro David, 3, and Edu, 11 months.

Does anyone else think the Baldwins need their own Kardashian style reality TV show?
