A New York Times expose has really shaken up the fashion world, as one of its most famous and highly lauded photographers, Mario Testino has been accused of sexual misconduct.

13 male models and assistants have come forward with allegations against the photographer, who has worked with everyone from Kate Moss to Princess Diana.

Today, a host of some of the biggest fashion brands in the world have announced that they will be terminating their working contracts with him. Some of them have even vowed to never work with him again…

“We take allegations of this nature very seriously,” a spokesperson for Burberry said in a statement.

“Burberry is committed to providing a just, safe and fair working environment and we have a zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, abuse or discrimination.

“The safety, security, and welfare of the people with whom we work is a priority for Burberry and we seek to ensure all our partners adhere to our principles and policies and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.”

Michael Kors has also released a similar statement…

“We recently learned of the allegations concerning Mario Testino,” a spokesperson said.

“In light of the seriousness of these accusations, we will not be working with Mr. Testino on future advertising campaigns.”

Mario Testino and his legal team have denied every single one of the sexual misconduct allegations. Let’s wait and see how things unfold…
