Daniel Craig’s fifth and final Bond film, No Time to Die, will finally be released in the cinema in a few days after being postponed so many times due to the COVID pandemic – but we have to admit that it’s kind of bittersweet…

On the one hand, we’re excited that the latest James Bond film we have waited since April 2020 to see is finally out in movie theaters; but on the other hand, we’re devastated that it’s finally time to officially say goodbye to Daniel Craig in his role as the iconic spy.

However, there’s plenty of opportunities for fans to get their Daniel Craig fix, as it’s just been announced that the 007 actor is finally getting a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame! And the location couldn’t be more apt, as it will reportedly be right next to former James Bond legend, Roger Moore! Talk about an honor!

The 53-year-old British actor will have his star unveiled on Hollywood Boulevard on Wednesday, October 6, two days before his fifth and final James Bond film, No Time to Die, is released in cinemas.

“Daniel Craig is a British cultural icon, as is James Bond, the man he has portrayed in five 007 films,” said Ana Martinez, producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, in a statement.

“We are thrilled to place his terrazzo Walk of Fame star next to the star of another famed actor who also portrayed James Bond, Roger Moore.”

Daniel Craig is the fourth Bond actor to receive the honor. As well as Roger Moore, David Niven, and Pierce Brosnan have also received stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, so he’s in very good company!

Daniel Craig has appeared in five Bond films – the most of any James Bond actor – Casino Royale (2006), Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012) and Spectre (2015). His final film, No Time to Die, premieres on October 8.
