Former Glee actor Mark Salling has been found dead near his Los Angeles home, with police suspecting that he took his own life.

The 35-year-old actor’s body was found at the Los Angeles River in Sunland.

Mark Salling was most famous for playing bad boy Noah “Puck” Puckerman on Glee from 2009 to 2015.

His lawyer, Michael Proctor, released a statement on behalf of the family…

“I can confirm that Mark Salling passed away early this morning,” he said.

“Mark was a gentle and loving person, a person of great creativity, who was doing his best to atone for some serious mistakes and errors of judgment.

“He is survived by his mother and father, and his brother. The Salling family appreciates the support they have been receiving and asks for their privacy to be respected.”

His death comes just over a month before he was due to be sentenced for possessing child pornography.

He pleaded guilty to the charges in December last year after his home was raided by police back in 2015. He was expected to get four to seven years in prison.

RIP!
