Amanda Bynes is making headlines again – this time for allegedly failing to pay the mental health facility she received treatment from earlier this year.

The Creative Care Treatment Center which Amanda allegedly visited back in February filed a lawsuit against the 33-year-old former Nickelodeon actress and claimed she still owed them for the treatment she received.

According to reports, the treatment center alleged that Amanda received inpatient care from February 21st to Feb 22nd, but has yet to pay the outstanding fees…

Amanda “was a client at our dual diagnosis residential treatment center. She was at our facility for two days receiving inpatient treatment,” read the court documents, according to E! News.

The treatment center will set patients back a staggering $37,000 per month, but as Amanda was allegedly only there for two days, her bill comes to just $2,467.

Just…

However, it appears that the lawsuit has now mysteriously been dropped. According to E! News, Creative Care Inc have now filed a request to dismiss the lawsuit. But as they filed to dismiss without prejudice, they are still entitled to refile at a later date.

Amanda Bynes is currently under a conservatorship by her mother until August 2020, so she may not be entirely to blame here.
