Six months after the infamous Tristan Thompson kissing scandal, Jordyn Woods has opened up to Cosmopolitan in a candid tell-all cover interview.

This marks the second big interview she has done since the incident, the first being Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith back in March.

Despite trying to stay away from social media during the height of the scandal, Jordyn Woods admitted that it became almost impossible to ignore some of the most hateful comments towards her…

“It becomes addictive to look on the internet, to look at your name,” Jordyn Woods told Cosmopolitan, referencing the online abuse she faced after the news became public.

“When I would look at my name and see all of the things that people were saying, it became like a tumor. It became cancerous to me.”

Kylie Jenner’s former BFF also added that the scandal was especially hard to deal with because she doesn’t make her life as public as her former friend and her famous family…

“I don’t really care to share my whole life on social media, because certain things are special and once you share it, you open yourself up to people’s opinions,” she said.

“People got to see me at my most vulnerable moment without even really knowing me, because I don’t showcase who I am, really.”

She continued to tell the magazine about her thoughts on the internet, and how everyone seems to be willing to “cancel” someone the second they make one wrong move…

“The internet feels so entitled to have opinions about everything, but a lot of it is bulls**t,” she added.

“These are real people, with real lives. People are so detached that they don’t feel empathy, they don’t feel bad, they don’t realize that the one message that you sent laughing at someone could be the message that pushes that person off the ledge.”

The other big subject the Cosmo interview covered was Jordyn Woods’ current relationship with former BFF Kylie Jenner. The answer seems pretty obvious after Kylie Jenner made headlines by unfollowing her on Instagram last week. However, Jordyn Woods is hoping for a reconciliation in the future…

“I love her. That’s my homie,” Jordyn said of Kylie Jenner.

“I hope everything falls into place and that we can all grow and build our relationships with our family and God and come back together one day and be stronger and happier.”
