Kanye West is apparently selling his famous Wyoming Ranch for $11million!

The 44-year-old rapper’s Monster Lake Ranch in Cody, Wyoming is sitting on more than 3,800 acres; but despite the hefty price tag, it’s being reported that he might actually be making a loss on the sale.

According to TMZ, Kanye West is only asking for $3million more than what he paid for the ranch – which he refers to as the West Lake Ranch and sometimes even the “Yeezy campus” – back in September 2019, so we don’t know why he has suddenly decided to part with it.

He may be using the $11million to help fund his latest purchase, a brand new mansion in Malibu which he bought for a staggering $57million!

“With views of the Pacific Ocean, the house has straight angles …with an emphasis on light. It clearly takes a very specific buyer to appreciate this home,” an insider told People about the Yeezy designer’s latest purchase.

“It was on the market … for over a year before Kanye bought it. It’s perfect for Kanye … He is very happy to be the new owner of this incredible house.”

We wonder what has prompted Kanye’s latest Malibu purchase. Could he be setting up a new home for estranged wife Kim Kardashian and their four children in the hope that they can be a family again? Who knows…

However, despite his extravagant Malibu real-estate purchase, Kanye West isn’t intending on saying goodbye to Wyoming for good, as he is reportedly still keeping hold of his much larger 6,713-acre mountain ranch. Makes sense, as Kanye has a lot of history with the ranch and Wyoming in general.

He moved to Wyoming back in 2018 to work on the Wyoming Sessions, five different albums including his own album Ye, as well as Teyana Taylor‘s K.T.S.E., Pusha T‘s Daytona, Nas‘ Nasir, and Kids See Ghosts, his joint project with Kid Cudi.

We wonder who the lucky owner of the Wyoming ranch will be… any guesses?
