Kim Kardashian has just been hit with a lawsuit from her very own workers!

According to reports, seven former employees have accused the 40-year-old mom-of-four of withholding their wages, refusing to pay them overtime, and not giving them proper meal breaks.

The former employees who have taken out the lawsuit – Aron Cabrea, Rene Ernesto Flores, Jesse Fernandez, Robert Araiza, Andrew Ramirez, his brother Christopher Ramirez, and son Andrew Ramirez Jr. – were allegedly part of the gardening and maintenance staff for her $60 million Hidden Hills mansion.

They also claim that they did not receive itemized pay stubs, and are seeking compensation for unpaid wages and overtime, among other things.

“Wage theft and other workplace violations are a widespread problem in Los Angeles,” Frank Kim, of law firm Kim Legal, told The Daily Mail.

“My firm is currently investigating other potential violations against these defendants, as well as other powerful families and businesses on behalf of everyday workers.”

However, according to several insiders, the staff are actually suing the wrong person, as Kim Kardashian allegedly had nothing to do with what they are accusing her of…

“These workers were hired and paid through a third-party vendor hired by Kim to provide ongoing services,” a spokesperson for Kim Kardashian told Page Six.

“Kim is not party to the agreement made between the vendor and their workers, therefore she is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business and the agreements they have made directly with their staff.

“Kim has never not paid a vendor for their services and hopes that the issue between these workers and the vendor who hired them can be amicably resolved soon.”

Another insider pretty much echoed this statement…

“She does not have a history of not paying her bills on time—never has and never will,” the second source said.

“She takes a lot of pride in paying people on time for their work so this issue has nothing to do with her and these workers are suing the wrong person.”

Interestingly, Kim Legal are also involved in a lawsuit against Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West, in relation to his opera Nebuchadnezzar.

Will Kim need to rely on her new legal knowledge to deal with this lawsuit smoothly?
