Megan Fox has officially filed for divorce from husband-of-ten-years, Brian Austin Green.

Could this mean what we think it means – i.e. that she may want to get married to someone else? A certain Machine Gun Kelly, perhaps?

There’s a lot of speculation about why Megan Fox filed her petition for divorce in an LA court yesterday, but one thing we know for sure is that Megan Fox’s relationship with the 30-year-old rapper – real name Richard Colson Baker – is getting more serious by the day.

They even made their red carpet debut at the weekend when they attended the American Music Awards together. So, it’s not completely crazy to think that they may already be talking about the next steps…

So what else do we know?

According to reports and court records obtained by TMZ, the 34-year-old actress has cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for wanting to go ahead with the divorce.

We also believe that she has asked for joint legal and physical custody their three sons – 8-year-old Noah Shannon, 6-year-old Bodhi Ransom, and 4-year-old Journey River. She reportedly also wants to terminate the ability for either her or her soon-to-be-ex-husband to get spousal support, which Brian Austin Green apparently isn’t too happy about.

However, spousal support aside, the 47-year-old actor reportedly agreed to all of Megan’s other terms. Apart from the date of separation…

As well as wanting to keep spousal support on the table, the Beverly Hills, 90210 actor also reportedly disagreed with his ex on one other thing, and that was in regards to when the relationship actually ended.

While Megan Fox wrote that the date of their separation was November 2019, Brian Austin Green insisted that it was the very specific date of March 5, 2020. Who are we going to believe? Who are the courts going to believe? Watch this space!

We hope that they can resolve these small differences as soon as possible, and reach an amicable solution for the sake of their three children.
