Scooter Braun and his wife Yael Cohen are going their separate ways, after seven years of marriage.

Scooter Braun has hit the headlines for both positive and negative reasons over the years. The pros include successfully managing some of the world’s biggest artists such as Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, while the cons include famously fighting Taylor Swift over the release of her masters when he bought her former record label, Big Machine Records.

However, it’s his personal life that’s hitting the headlines today…

The 40-year-old manager and his 34-year-old businesswoman and philanthropist wife celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary just last week. Scooter Braun marked the occasion by writing a heartfelt message to his wife on social media…

“If just for the kids you have given me everything. But thanks to you I have grown, I have been pushed to be the best version of myself and to continue growing and learning,” he wrote as the caption to a black and white picture from their wedding.

“That all happened because you came in to my life. 7 years. The adventure is just beginning. Thank you Yae. I love you. Happy anniversary.”

Alas, they announced their shock separation just a few days later…

According to reports, the exes are currently still living together, and intend to keep things amicable for the sake of their three children, Jagger, 6, Levi, 4, and Hart, 2.

They even celebrated the 4th of July as a family earlier this month – and we would never have guessed that a separation announcement would have followed just a few days later…

“They are still currently living together, but eventually Scooter will be moving out,” an insider told US Weekly.

Many insiders are insisting that the separation may not be permanent, and they may just need some time apart to work things out…

“Their friendship is the best it’s ever been but they’re taking some time apart to sort things out,” an insider told People.

“So many couples went through this during the pandemic. They love each other and just need some time apart and will hopefully bounce back for their kids,” another source told the publication.

We’re not sure what the future holds for Scooter and Yael, but we’re always happy to hear that exes are putting the children first and keeping things amicable.
