One of the most common relationship challenges is knowing when to walk away after infidelity. If you keep forgiving the person for the same thing over and over again, then it means they don’t respect you or love you enough to stop. This is one of the reasons that you need to walk away because if they did it again, it’s because they want to do it to you. When you can’t trust again

Trust is the number one thing that people struggle with especially after walking in on cheating spouse. So even when a person is sincerely apologetic, it’s hard to make the decision of whether to trust them again. No matter the reason for the affair, we have to admit that there is a violation of trust. The pain and unhappiness will always remain.

Now if you feel that leaving might become more detrimental than trying to fix the relationship, then maybe it’s time you sought some counseling from a professional. Now if the violation of the trust is so hurtful that it makes ending the relationship easy, then that is when to walk away from a relationship.

When he is a cheating narcissist

There are some people who cheat just because they are selfish and they only care about what they want. So, if you have a narcissist in your hands, then you need to know that cheating won’t be a big deal for them. If an opportunity presents itself, trust me, they will take it. And this is all because they crave attention.

You need to know when to walk away after infidelity especially if it’s a narcissist. Believe me, if you are doing it in the hopes that it will put you in a strategic position, you are wrong. A narcissist will never change. They will change their ways momentarily to lure you back and return to their ways.

When it’s a deal-breaker

Everyone has their point of no return. There are times when if a line is crossed, that is it. The love switch goes off immediately. If when it comes to cheating, that’s your deal-breaker, then you need to walk away because staying will only lead to resentment and seeking for revenge because there is no love left. You are better off on your own than in an unhealthy relationship.

The thing is, if you have too much respect for yourself that makes cheating very disrespectful then that’s when to walk away after infidelity. If you especially specified that it’s a dealbreaker and someone chose to do it anyway, it’s time to walk away. Find someone who treats you with the love and respect you deserve. Put yourself and your feelings first. Tell them “You knew it was a deal-breaker and you did it anyway.” Show this person that you respect yourself enough to walk away.

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

Aries are known to be very bold and ambitious. Plus, they always love to be the first at everything. Seeing as I have that in mind, it is the main reason why we MUST put them at the top. We have to start with them first.

It comes as no surprise to me at all that during the lockdown, the trait is BOSSY! Yap. Aries loves to dive into things head first even during the most challenging situations. And during the lockdown, that is how they have been behaving too. Even when they are solo, self-isolating, they have no issues doing it alone. They are individualists.

Now, much as they can do it alone pretty well, the main issue is the confinement. Basically, this confinement feels like an infringement of their personal independence. The caging is very frustrating to the Aries. So, telling an Aries not to exercise or telling them the number of times they need to exercise isn’t their cup of tea.

Clearly, the Aries has to be outdoors. Being forced to self-isolate has been really frustrating for these guys. So, if you are an Aries, let’s hope while you are at it, you are maintaining social distancing.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

Represented by the bull, looking at star signs personalities, this sign just behaves like the animal that represents it. The Taureans does enjoy a relaxing and serene kind of environments. The lockdown trait for these guys is calmness. So it doesn’t come as a surprise that they enjoy all things soft: soft sounds, soothing scents as well as luscious flavors.

Now apparently, if you go to the supermarket and find that there is no tissue on the shelves, blame it on the Taurus. This is because they like being calm and reassured. So, it makes sense that they would stock up their cupboards just so they can feel calm, safe, and secure. They like feeling relaxed. So, their shelves are stocked up with enough tissue and tuna cans that’s for sure.

One thing they are also known for is habit. The moment they get used to some routine, it’s hard to kick it. So, for them, now that they have gotten used to the lockdown routine, going back to business, as usual, will take them a while. I wonder how they will deal…

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

The Gemini likes gets things done. If there are starsigns that wish that they would have an extra pair of hands or that the hours of the day were like 20 just so they could everything on their list done, that’s Gemini for you. These ones are the busybodies of the zodiac signs. Always interested in pursuing something.

I am a Cancerian. Unfortunately, that intuitive thing didn’t work for me this time. I had no idea 2020 was going to turn out this way, lockdown and all.

We guess we weren’t the only ones to feel disappointed that Jennifer Lopez didn’t receive an Oscars nomination for her role as Ramona in Hustlers.

J-Lo has finally broken her silence on the infamous Academy Awards snub, by telling Oprah that she was “sad” that the academy had overlooked her performance after receiving such high praise from everyone else…

(She was nominated for Golden Globes, Critics Choice, and the Screen Actors Guild Awards, among others.)

“You realize you want people’s validation. You want people to say you did a good job, and I realized, ‘No, you don’t need that. You do this because you love it,” she told Oprah during her 2020 Vision: Your Life In Focus Tour.

“I was a little sad because there was a lot of buildup to it. There were so many articles. I got so many good notices — more than ever in my career — and there was a lot of ‘She’s going to get nominated for an Oscar. It’s going to happen; if she doesn’t, you’re crazy.’

“I’m reading all the articles going, ‘Oh my god, could this happen?’ And then it didn’t and I was like, ‘Ouch.’ It was a little bit of a letdown.”

We do feel for J-Lo, but hope that the snub didn’t get her down too much. After all, the world is still talking about her and Shakira’s epic Super Bowl Halftime performance – the performance which will no doubt go down in history! Surely that’s better than any Oscars nomination?

“I think what happened, with the Super Bowl, with this whole year … a sold-out tour, getting nominated for all these awards, and then not getting the Oscar thing, I had to re-examine, ‘Why do you do this? What are you so sad about right now?’” she added.

“And you realize that you want people’s validation. You want people to say you did a good job. … I don’t need that.

“I’m actually here, and I’m OK, and I am enough. I don’t need this award right here to tell me I’m enough.”

That’s the spirit!

Nomination or no nomination, nobody can deny that J-Lo’s Hustlers performance was out of this world!

The next season of America’s Got Talent is already shaping up to be a good’un if the new judging panel is anything to go by…

Following Gabrielle Union and Julianne Hough’s exits after just one season, two new judging spots have opened up. And they’re going to none other than Heidi Klum – an AGT regular, of course – and Modern Family’s very own Sofia Vergara!

As expected, Sofia Vergara is thrilled to have a seat on the iconic judging panel, alongside Heidi, Simon Cowell, Howie Mande, and Terry Crews…

“I’m so happy to join my new family on AGT,” Sofia Vergara said in a press release.

“This is a new and exciting next chapter for me and I’m extremely proud to be the first Latin judge on the show. I can’t wait to watch all the talent and have fun with all you guys!”

She isn’t the only one, as Heidi Klum also spoke of her excitement to return to the show – as well as her desire to work with the legendary Latina…

“I’m so excited to be back at AGT with Simon, Howie and Terry,” Heidi Klum said.

“The fact that Sofia Vergara is joining us is the icing on an already delicious cake.”

Let’s make one thing clear – do not diss Gigi Hadid’s man!

YouTuber Jake Paul made the mistake of dissing former One Direction star Zayn Malik – i.e. Gigi Hadid’s on/off – but currently on – boyfriend.

This weekend, both Jake, 23, and Zayn, 27, were attending the Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury II boxing match in Las Vegas, and seemed to have a brief but confrontational encounter.

Unfortunately, no one knows exactly what happened between them (oh, to have been a fly on the wall!), but it must have been something hostile to warrant the following Twitter message from Jake Paul…

“Almost had to clap up zane from 1 direction because he is a little guy and has an attitude and basically told me to f**k off for no reason when I was being nice to him,” JP’s social media rant began.

“zane ik you’re reading this… stop being angry cause u came home alone to ur big ass hotel room hahaha

“bro he literally started yelling and freaking the fuck out “you wanna test me mate” lol I feel bad for childhood stars”

Zayn Malik didn’t respond Jake Paul’s Twitter rant, but Gigi Hadid was all over it…

“Lol cause he doesn’t care to hang w you and your embarrassing crew of YouTube groupies ..?” the 24-year-old model’s retort began.

“Home alone with his best friends like a respectful king cause he has me, sweetie. Unbothered by your irrelevant ugly ass. Go to bed …”

Mic drop!

2019 has been a particularly big year especially as far as interracial celebrity couples go. I always kept looking forward attention-grabbing headlines, eagerly awaiting to read about new celebrity couples and always following the lives of those I fancy and love on social media. And it comes to no surprise that some of these celebrity power couples are the most searched names on Google.

Besides just being celebrity power couples that I am in awe of these couples because the interracial experience is an interesting one. It doesn’t matter how alike your personalities or interests are there will always be cultural and societal differences that may arise and put your relationship to the test.

Most of these couples know these experiences all too well. Most of these couples have openly shared their ups and downs and their experiences of being in a mixed-race relationship and marriages. And these are struggles that black celebrity couples and other same-race celebrity couples might not experience. Looking at the couples on this list today, such differences have managed to make their relationships even stronger. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

Who agrees that we can’t talk about interracial celebrity couples without talking about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle? Their relationship made Meghan Markle make it on Google’s most searched for celebs in 2018. She came second in the category second in the category of Google’s Most Searched for People of 2018.

That year we bore witness to one of the biggest Royal Weddings in history, courtesy of Prince Harry and Markle giving them the titles of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. So, it came as no surprise to find that new royal Meghan Markle was one of the most searched for people in 2018. And people are still searching and following her marital life every step of the way.

What made her relationship become of interest to the public was the drama that surrounded it from the very beginning. The moment the rumors broke that the two were in a relationship, they were met with an onslaught of racist harassment. I remember because of the heightened media scrutiny, at some point, Prince Harry worried that it might drive Markle away. He even made a statement as a plea to racist and sexist trolls to leave his girlfriend alone!

Then came the extra family drama which happened in the months leading up to the wedding. Add a pregnancy announcement and rumored conflict with the in-laws…

Guess what! All that just made their relationship stronger. After a while, they even stopped focusing on what people were saying and decided to focus on the two of them as a couple. They have a son Archie and are still trying to live a private life. Unfortunately for them, people just can’t get enough of them.

These two are a couple to admire. Can you believe it, 2 years after being married, the two revealed that they still felt like newlyweds? Plus, it was a gorgeous Halloween ceremony in Santa Barbara. So what’s the secret to not being able to get enough of each other. Well, all this is credited to the time they share apart.

Chung, Korean American, and Greenberg, white and Jewish, also starred in the film  Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong in 2016, which somehow mirrored their experience as a mixed-race couple.

So what really has been their experience as an interracial couple? Well, this has made both of them become more aware and immersed in each other’s cultures. Before they even tied a knot they made it a point to travel to Israel which made Chung learn more about her husband’s religion.

Just like all new celebrity couples, when I heard the news about their relationship, I was happy. Then came the engagement, the fairy tale wedding, and their beautiful baby, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. Well, although they look like the picture-perfect couple they have had their fair share of struggles for being an interracial couple.

Serena has dated both black and white men before. And it came as a shocker to most when she disclosed in an interview with the New York Times that she never expected she “would marry a white guy”. Well, that had nothing to do with race. She just wanted someone who would treat her well and loved her.

In her interview, she pointed out how a significant number of people in interracial relationships usually ignore their cultural differences. But for her, she acknowledges these differences saying she and Ohanian are “totally opposite” saying,  “I’m black. He’s white… I think we just complement each other”. She also pointed out that no matter how cultured a person is, there will always be differences in interracial relationships advising interracial couples to learn about their partner’s cultural background.

That said, it is those differences that drew them together. It also came as a surprise to her just how compatible they were despite their differences. And since she never pictured herself being married to a white guy she says, “it just goes to show you that love truly has no color”.

She sometimes tells her husband that if they were black celebrity couples, their relationship would be different.

Zoë Saldana and Marco Perego-Saldana

These two are on my list not because they are one of the celebrity interracial couples I admire, but also because of the fact that Marco Perego, chose to take the wife’s last name – Saldana. This couple has always been progressive in terms of their views.

Zoë and Marco have been married since 2013 and have 3 beautiful kids. They kept their marriage a secret at first. Zoë is of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent and Marco is Italian. And like any interracial couple, she finds people’s obsession with race to be tiresome.

I remember there was a time critics were pissed off after she posted a picture on Instagram with her sisters. In the picture she was with her husband and her two sisters, Cisely and Mariel were with their white mates. Cisely was with her boyfriend Jared Lehr and their older sister Mariel with her husband. People claimed that the three sisters were portraying ‘self-hate’ because all of them have white mates.

Wanda Sykes and Alex Niedbalski

What will interracial celebrity couples on Love is All Colors be without having a gay interracial couple? Black comedian Wanda Sykes has married a white French businesswoman, Alex Niedbalski for over 10  years. The couple met on a ferry in 2006.

They got married in 2008 in a private ceremony in Vegas even before the official approval of same-sex marriages. They had to make it private because Wanda could not come out as gay because of her career and family. Well, after the same-sex marriage law was passed, the couple became a constant motivation for the LGBT community.

In 2009, Alex gave birth to twins who are now bilingual. Much as Wanda is in the limelight, the two live a private life and have tried as much as possible to keep their kids off social media.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian

Well, when her dad told her that interracial relationships weren’t easy, I don’t think Kim thought much about it then until she started dating men outside of her race, including her now-husband Kanye, who is Black. Since highschool Kim used to admire famous interracial celebrity couples in magazines and thought they were so cute.

It is not uncommon for people to lash at a famous black man for dating or marrying a white (or non-black) woman. I am sure they both expected all this seeing as they are always in the spotlight. I remember Kanye once said in an interview that everyone hates their interracial relationship. Seeing as she has been dating mostly black men, Kim was once called a “n—– lover” by some teenager. But with interracial relationships coupled with being in the spotlight, one has to develop a thick skin. Over the years, she has learned brush off haters, thanks to daddy’s earlier advice.

Kim seems to have embraced her husband’s blackness as she has been bashed on social media for cultural appropriation because of braiding her hair.

I think they are a cute interracial couple and I am loving the fact that they have embraced parenthood and have gone out of their way towards growing it. They have four mixed-race children. Two of whom were born via surrogacy.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend

Chrissy Teigen is half-Thai and half-white married to John Legend. They are one of the interracial celebrity couples that I truly admire. The two met over 13 years ago and got married in 2013. Unlike some celebrity couples who like to keep their relationships under wraps, these two have always been honest and forthcoming about their love. They have done so even through Legends music.

When they met, for the first year, their relationship was casual and undefined. Would you believe that marriage was not Teigen’s goal? Well, the way they are close, I couldn’t believe it the first time I heard that. Apparently she has never been traditional like that. At the was just content with being with him as opposed to defining what they were.

The couple has two kids. They have also been very open about raising mixed children. I remember Legend wondering what it would be like during their first pregnancy seeing as their kids are multiracial – part Asian, part white and part black. Teigen also echoes similar thoughts. She is worried that their multiracial children won’t know where they fit in.

The thing is, interracial couples have different experiences and different things to worry about. But those that are meant to be always pull through. Plus, we are a melting pot so navigating through these relationships is getting easier.

We’ve had the epic 15-minute performance on repeat all day – and we know we aren’t the only ones who want to bow down to the Latin goddesses!

And of course, J-Lo’s soon-to-be husband Alex Rodriguez was one of the many million admirers…

And it wasn’t just J-Lo and Shakira who got social media talking.

Demi Lovato, who kicked everything off with her spine-tingling, super-powerful rendition of the National Anthem, sent her fans into hysteria…

We hope that Demi knows just how much she killed it, as she previously admitted that she wouldn’t read the comments after her performance…

“If I mess up, everyone goes after you if you do,” she said in an interview with Andy Cohen on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, in reference to the National Anthem.

“I’m not going to read the comments, so it won’t matter. But it’s just one of those things where it’s like – there’s so much pressure on the National Anthem.

“When it’s my song, if I mess up a lyric, nobody would’ve known because it wasn’t out yet.”

We really hope Demi changes her mind and reads the comments.

The highly anticipated NFL Super Bowl is happening this Sunday, as the San Francisco 49ers are set to take on the Kansas City Chiefs. And that can only mean one thing – Shakira and Jennifer Lopez’s epic halftime show is almost upon us!

During a press conference, the two music legends gave a small insight into what fans can expect from their 12-minute performance at the Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show. (To use its official name.) The most touching of which will no doubt be a “heartfelt” tribute to LA Lakers star Kobe Bryant, who died last Sunday in a helicopter crash…

“Life is so fragile. And that’s why we have to live every moment as intensely as we can,” Shakira said.

“And I think we’ll all be remembering Kobe on Sunday. And we’ll be celebrating life and celebrating diversity in this country.

“I’m sure he’ll be very proud to see the message that we’re going to try to convey on stage.”

Jennifer Lopez also added that they would be doing this for Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa, who not only lost her husband to the crash but also her daughter…

“I think about Vanessa as a mom and losing her best friend and partner and losing her child, you know, how awful that must be for her right now.

“I just wanted to send the message and praying God guides her through every moment because she has three more babies to take care of.”

So what else can we expect from J-Lo and Shakira’s show?

“When we did the first run-through, Shakira was like, ‘That was great.’ It’s different what we do,” Jennifer Lopez said in reference to their performances.

“It’s very Shakira and very Jennifer.”

We wouldn’t have it any other way!

Another fierce performer has been added to this year’s Super Bowl!

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better than Shakira and Jennifer Lopez, who are performing at the halftime show – Demi Lovato has also been added to the mix! Could this be the best Super Bowl in history?

It’s officially been confirmed that Demi Lovato will have the honor of singing the National Anthem before kickoff at Super Bowl LIV.

Previous National Anthem singers have included Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Billy Joel, and Whitney Houston, so it’s safe to say that Demi is in good – and extremely talented – company.

She confirmed the news on her Instagram, writing:

“Singing the National Anthem at #SBLIV. See you in Miami @NFL.”

But fans won’t have to wait until next month’s Super Bowl to see Demi perform, as she has also been announced as a performer for next week’s Grammys.

We’re not sure what Demi will sing, but the 62nd Grammy Awards take place on January 26^th, so we won’t have long to wait!

The Super Bowl takes place at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on February 2^nd.

ZiGi are officially back!

According to reports – and a few very telling paparazzi pictures of the couple walking arm in arm in New York – it looks like Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have rekindled their romance once again.

The 24-year-old supermodel and the 27-year-old former One Direction star have had an on/off relationship for over four years. They most recently called it quits in January 2019, referencing their busy schedules, distance, and a few issues Zayn had that Gigi couldn’t help him through as reasons for the split.

Sources claim that the pair reconciled last month, “right before the holidays”…

“Gigi and Zayn got back together right before the holidays in December,” a source told E! News.

“Zayn has been reaching out to Gigi for the last month and she is giving him another chance.

“She has always loved him and the break between the two was needed.

“Zayn has been working on his past, music and focusing on his health and is in a really good place currently.”

Although they are back together, another insider mentioned that the couple is taking things slow this time around…

“Yes they’re giving their relationship another shot but are keeping it on the down-low and taking it slow,” an insider told Life & Style.

Back in August, Gigi Hadid had a brief romance with The Bachelorette contestant Tyler Cameron and ended things amicably just a few months later.
