All about Walmart’s best Black Friday deals

The first event will have deals for things like home products, toys as well as electronics. The second will have offers on tablets, computers, and televisions. So this time around, shoppers won’t have to be in a rush to take advantage of these Christmas and Thanksgiving deals. As opposed to the traditional single day rush, there will be three separate events.

One of the reasons that this year Walmart will be having Black Friday events is because of the COVID-19 pandemic. So basically, these events are being spread out so that both customers and their employees can stay safe as they enjoy these massive deals.

Walmart has really thought about these events because they will also be having hot Black Friday online deals. All this is because they want to ensure that you have a safer and more manageable shopping experience. The three  Walmart Black Friday events will run in the month of November. The events will be accessible online through their website as well as in Walmart stores

So whichever your preference is you will have the option of making an order online via their contact-free curbside pickup service. This is a service that was introduced this year specifically to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

There will be lots of Thanksgiving deals and customers will make savings even from items from some of the major brands like HP and the likes. There will also be deals from Roku and Shark and on most of the items found in the Walmart stores.

Let’s look at more details about this retail giant’s Black Friday events:

First event

During the first event, the deals will start online on Nov. 4. The deals at the stores will kick off on Nov. 7. As mentioned earlier, the Black Friday sales during the first event will be on things such as toys, electronics, and home products.

The Walmart Black Friday hours will begin online on the Walmart website at 7 p.m. ET on the 4th of November. Expect to make savings on electronics like onn. brand 42-inch UHD Roku TV for a reduced price of $88.

Then there will be the Walmart stores on Nov. 7  which will run from 5 a.m. local time. You can get aMagic Bullet Blender for as little as $15. There will also be Black Friday online deals on the same day going live from 12 a.m. ET.

The second event will also begin online on Nov. 11 and there will be new deals in the Walmart stores on Nov. 14. People will enjoy deals on tablets, computers, and televisions. There will also be additional Black Friday sales on movies, music, clothing, home products as well as other items.

The deals will go live on the Walmart website at 7 p.m. ET, on the 11th Nov. There will also be fresh deals on the website on the 14th Nov. starting from 12 a.m. ET  and then at 5 a.m. local time in the stores. A wireless phone event will also be hosted both in the stores and online on the 14th Nov. with deals on smartphone brands like iPhones and Samsung.

Just like the other two events above, this event will also begin online on Nov. 25 with fresh deals in the stores on Nov. 27. Shoppers will be in a position to make savings on things such as electronics, toys, and other gifts from clothes to home products to seasonal home decor.

On the website, the Walmart Black Friday hours will kick off at 7 p.m. ET on the 25th of November. There will be new deals on the site as well at 12 a.m. ET and other deals in the s stores at 5 a.m. local time on Nov. 27.

How to stay safe while taking advantage of these deals

With all that info in mind, you do not have to miss out on these amazing deals. And one thing we are glad about is that there are safety considerations that have been put in place when coming up with these deals. So there is a safer and more convenient way to take advantage of some of the best Black Friday deals there has ever been.

So if you are not comfortable visiting the store personally, order online and pick your item up curbside. Delivery can also be offered up to your doorstep.

In order to give shoppers more shopping time, the stores will be open at 5 a.m. local time. Customers will be expected to form a single, straight queue to shop at the store. There will be associates handing out sanitized shopping carts, as well as health ambassadors to ensure and remind you to follow the health guidelines such as wearing a mask and social distancing.

Signs that you are in a relationship with a child of an alcoholic

There are some common traits that you can be aware of that can make you see the effects of unloved child syndrome and alcoholism in the family of the person you are dating. Here are some of the signs they might show:

Survivors by nature

You will notice that in most adult children of alcoholic relationships, the partner who experienced alcoholism in their family is usually prepared for crisis. The exhibit signs of being comfortable with conflict and chaos. They are always ready to face crisis and are always anticipating for things to go wrong. Dealing with crisis is subconsciously their comfort zone.

They have trust issues

If the person you are dating has trust issues that have got nothing to do with their past relationships, chances are that those trust issues are coming from a deeper place – experiences of childhood. Adult children of alcoholics are used to the lack of stability in their childhood lives. This is because they have either been repeatedly lied to and also suffer from unloved child syndrome. Because of this, they are anticipating that you will probably turn out to be like the parents. This makes intimacy in alcoholic relationships difficult. They are afraid of being hurt if they trust you.

They tend to be perfectionists

As they turn in to adults, kids who have experiences with alcoholism in a parent tend to become perfectionists. They usually blame themselves for almost everything and always feel the need to be perfect. They tend to criticize themselves and suffer from low self-esteem. This striving for perfection makes them constantly seek for approval and affirmation that they never got during childhood. Which means, they might find themselves doing things they normally wouldn’t do just to please other people.

They like spending time alone

Isolationism is another sign you will notice when you are loving an adult child of an alcoholic. Usually when growing such people may have had to spend time on their own because the parents were rarely present. This need to be alone usually carries on into adulthood. They tend to be loners and prefer spending time alone. They feel that they are safer alone as opposed to being in a relationship.

They fear intimacy and have issues expressing their feelings

This is one of the other signs that manifests itself. It is usually because these kids have spent all their lives trying to bottle their feelings and emotions. Usually, its because they were constantly scared of annoying their alcoholic parents and spiking their rage. So in such a relationship, expect communication issues.

They fear authority figures

When a person grows up with at least one parent that is an alcoholic, fear is usually one of the things that they have. They grow up fearing the parents. So as adults, they tend to fear anyone who exercises or has some power over them. – from the boss to police, to even an authoritative partner. So they tend to always conform to the demands of these people even when these demands clash with their beliefs and values.

They get addicted to excitement

When dating the child of an alcoholic, you will notice that these adults thrive on drama. They are addicted to excitement which is meant to mask the emotions they didn’t have growing up. So, they tend to seek out dangerous things to do and are usually poor decision-makers just to gain some stimulation.

What you need to know…

The effects of adult children of alcoholic relationships are that they usually seem unsolvable. But with understanding and some communication, these are things that you can overcome. If you know that your partner has had such a childhood, try and talk to them about it. Remember not to push things though. Give them time to talk to you when they are ready to open up. You have the chance to rewrite the future together.

The most important thing is to work on building trust between the two of you. Try and increase communication between the two of you as well as increase intimacy between the two of you. When you are dating the child of an alcoholic open up yourself to vulnerability. This will help create a safe space for your partner to be open to talk and confide in you.

Also, try and do some research about their childhood experiences and how they have shaped how they relate to people and how they relate to you as a significant other. Try and understand how such experiences also affect how they communicate too.  The thing is, loving such a person who has had to live with parents that were or are alcoholics comes with its own set of challenges. Empathy, compassion, and understanding can smoothen these challenges.

Ask your partner if they are willing and ready to talk about their experiences. Depending on how traumatizing the experiences were, they may not be that open to talk about them at the initial stages of the relationship. One way to make them open up is to at least make them aware that you are there for them and that you are willing to listen. Also, try and build their trust by also opening up about the vulnerable experiences that you may have gone through. The more you share about your own experiences, the faster you will build a strong basis of openness and trust.

Communication is the key to redefine and separate your relationship from the alcoholism of the parents. You need to understand that we learn most of our behavior from our parents. Understand that what your partner considers normal in a relationship could be what they have learned growing up. If you can’t handle the challenges you are facing, you can always seek professional help.

I am sure with this worldwide Coronavirus ‘stay at home’ directive, most people are having a hard time nailing the work home life balance. Are you one of those people who used to look at the people who work from home with the you-got-it-too-easy eyes. Well, now that almost all of us are in that same boat, how does it feel? Still think they had it easy?

Since I have been working from home for like 12 years now, read ahead as I show you here some tips on how to balance work and home life that have helped me over the years…

How to balance your time working from home

Most companies have been forced to implement work-from-home policies amidst this coronavirus pandemic. So a lot of people are now struggling with having to learn to balance how to work from home, especially with kids present. Right now, life and work are happening in the same spaces. Do you get up, shower, dress up like you are going to work, or just pull your laptop from under the bed and get to work?

Now, your brain is splitting into half. You have to think about work when you’re home and think about all the things you need to do at home while ‘at work’. All these thoughts are clashing within the same space. Staying focused on work when your kids are busy running around can be very difficult, especially for those who are not used to it.

Even if you’ve done it before, you need to know how to have balance in your life since staying healthy, both mentally and physically is important during this coronavirus pandemic. Now that you are working from home, it means that your life will get in the way of your work. So how get your work done and at the same time, staying sane at home doing it? Here are some of the tips that I used then and have been applying now that are helping me maintain a work home life balance.

Have a designated work area

When I became a stay at home dad, the biggest challenge for me was how to balance work and personal life. With them so intertwined, at first, it was hard to see where one ended and the other begun. The first step was to draw the line! I knew I had to do this otherwise, one of them will suffer eventually.

The thing is, I was used to going to the office every day. There was that physical separation. So I decided to recreate this at home as well. Now, I know there are some of the people who have small apartments hence, having a separate room as a home office is impossible. Well, you could rearrange things and have a corner that feels separate from the rest of the room.

So because I had a 4-year-old kid running around at the time, I still had to keep an eye on her. So I got my corner with great lighting and got my desk and chair and told her that corner in her room was my office. I explained that when I sat there, I was not to be disturbed.

Much as it was my daughter’s room full of her toys and all, for me, just entering that corner also made me respect that workspace. And whenever I did, it was like a switch was turned on that I was ready to get down to work. While it might feel great that now you can work from any corner of the house, then your laptop will sap into your downtime making it harder to have a work and home balance. So do whatever you can to be able to leave the workspace.

Get dressed

This might sound too easy a tip for work home life balance but do not underestimate its power. When I started working from home, initially, I used to wake up, pull out my laptop from under the bed, and started working. Then there were those days I would get out of bed, take a shower, get dressed, have breakfast then get to work. Well, I realized that on these days, I was more productive, more organized and focused

Now, getting dressed doesn’t mean that you dress formally like you would when going to the office. That simple act of changing into day clothes is a great wakeup call that it is time to get down to serious business. This is how to balance work and personal life – by simply drawing the line.

During this crisis, it is important to stay as sane as possible. Things might not be normal but it is important to make them feel that way.  So take a shower, put on some deodorant and lip gloss. Feel great and ready to tackle whatever tasks lie ahead.

Define your work hours

With kids running around? Oh yes. It is possible. This is one of the most important tips on how to balance work and home life. Be clear about when you are working and when you are not.

For me, I had to plan my working hours around my daughter’s schedule. Since she was only 4, I would start my day earlier and work for two-hour blocks. So I sat with her and we came up with a chart that specified when I was working. So I told her, whenever she saw me seated in my corner, that was work time and I wasn’t to be disturbed. During that time, she had her activities. So for her, that became fun and she respected ‘our’ work time.

Define your hours and stick with them. You need to start treating yourself as an employee. Learn how to “STOP” on time. Walk away from your desk and leave the computer behind. Have time to bond with the little ones. Even if you have no kids and nothing to do in the evening, don’t give in to the temptation of extending your work hours. Learn to have balance in your life. Put it away, recharge, and begin in the morning with a fresh brain.

Avoid things that eat into your time

What else are you doing that is making you less productive? To perfectly strike the work home life balance, you need to identify these things. Do not do them during your designated work hours.

For me, it was the constant WhatsApp messages that kept coming in. So what I did was muting the notifications. So anything personal like social media, online bank statements, paying bills, I did it after work hours. Stop checking on your baby more than is necessary. Learn to balance.

Stay social

Right now, the whole office is working from home. Everyone is working from home. We are having less social interactions. At least then, I would have some unwinding time with friends. Now, most of us can’t. We are stuck with ourselves.

One other way to strike your work and home balance is to break that monotony of work and socialize. Stage a call with your coworkers and just have some good old gossip. Keep up with what they have been doing while staying at home. Such small interactions go a long way into keeping you sane.

If you used to have lunch with a coworker, plan a virtual lunch date through video, and catch up one-on-one. These breaks are important when you are having to work from home. Facetime your mum and relatives. Just reach out and connect with them.

Embrace Flexible Working

Now much as you are trying to get that perfect balance with defined working hours and all, one thing I had to accept is that there were times that circumstances forced me to work outside core hours. So, knowing that you are working from home, your boss might schedule a call that probably seeps into your personal hours.

Don’t sacrifice your personal time. When this happens, finish earlier the next day so that you do what you had planned to do.

Some of country music’s biggest stars have been sending their love and support to everyone affected by the deadly tornados that hit Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday.

Taylor Swift, who moved to Nashville when she was just 14 years old to launch her career, was just one of the many stars to take to social media…

“My heart is with everyone in Tennessee who has been affected by the tornados,” she wrote on her Instagram Story.

“Sending you my love and prayers.”

Miley Cyrus also shared her support, along with updates on shelters and ways in which people can help.

“Thinking about my home and family in Nashville and how fortunate I am that my place and loved ones have remained safe in these deadly tornados,” Miley Cyrus began.

“My heart is broken for my home state. So much loss and damage.

“We are #NashvilleStrong and will rebuild together! Follow @happyhippiefdn for updates on shelter and ways to get active! I am receiving information just as fast as everyone else at this point so stay tuned and we will share info as quickly as possible!”

Kacey Musgraves and Miley Cyrus’s godmother Dolly Parton were also among the famous faces to share their support on social media…

“Me and my fam are safe but many friends aren’t so lucky,” Kacey Musgraves said.

“We did live right in one of the worst hit spots a matter of months ago. It’s so crazy. I’m so nervous to find out who the fatalities are. Nashville is so tight knit. I’m gonna help in any way I can.”

Dolly Parton said that she was “praying for all those affected by the devastating storms in Tennessee and my heart is especially with the families who lost loved ones.

“We are all with you,” she added.

According to reports, over 20 people have died as a result of the tornadoes. Tens of thousands of people across the region have lost power, and most of the schools in and around Nashville have closed.

The New York Times writes that “at least 48 structures in the city had either partially or completely collapsed”, with more damage to be assessed in due course.

It’s all doom and gloom for his character in You, but in reality, Penn Badgley has some very happy news…

The You star and his wife – singer and doula Domino Kirke – are expecting their first child together. Penn Badgley is already step-father to Domino’s ten-year-old son, Cassius, who she shares with ex-boyfriend musician Morgan O’Kane.

Domino Kirke took to Instagram to tell the world about their happy, albeit bittersweet, news…

“On the road again…pregnancy after loss is whole other thing,” she began.

“After two miscarriages in a row we were ready to call it. I stopped trusting my body and started to accept the fact that I was done.

“As a birth attendant, I’ve seen and heard it all. It takes everything I’ve got to detach lovingly from the losses I’ve been present for and be in my own experience. When I was pregnant at 25, I knew nothing. I had no community. I dove in blissfully unaware about birth and its mysteries.

“Now, with 10 years worth of experience to pull from, I treasure my birth community and the knowledge I have. You’re already teaching us how to stay in the day in a way we’ve never had to, little one. Thank you.”

We think Penn Badgley will take to fatherhood like a duck to water. Especially since he is such a great step-father to Cassius…

“He’s a really good stepdad,” Domino Kirke told Us Weekly back in October.

“He doesn’t have to be ‘dad’ so he can have more fun with him. It’s really nice. The stepparent thing is definitely unchartered territory for me cause I didn’t grow up with one, but…he takes care of him really well.”

Congratulations to Emma Stone, as she is officially engaged to Dave McCary!

The 31-year-old Oscar-winning actress flashed her enormous engagement ring – alongside a beaming smile – on her new fiancé’s Instagram.

Emma and 34-year-old SNL writer Dave McCary have reportedly been dating since the beginning of 2017, after meeting on the set of SNL. But like many A-list couples, they have kept their relationship fairly low key.

They have, however, been spotted on quite a few red carpets together – who can forget their stunning 2019 Met Gala appearance? – and we have to agree that they make an extremely adorable couple!

We don’t know how long Emma and Dave will wait before walking down the aisle. But if one of Emma’s recent interviews is anything to go by, they might not wait too long to start the next chapter of their lives…

“My perspective about kids has changed as I’ve gotten older,” she said in an interview with Elle back in August.

“I never babysat or anything. As a teenager, I was like, I’m never getting married, I’m never having kids.

“And then I got older and I was like, I really want to get married, I really want to have kids.”

Well, there you go!

Three more women have come forward against Cuba Gooding Jr, four months after he was initially accused of groping a woman in a New York City bar.

The women have reportedly accused the 51-year-old actor of sexual misconduct, with two of them alleging that he forcibly grabbed their behinds in restaurants in New York in 2008 and 2013 respectively.

Details of the third woman’s accusation are currently unknown, other than the fact that the incident allegedly happened in 2015.

However, Cuba Gooding Jr’s attorney, Mark J. Heller, has falsified the claims, adding that the three women in question were not “credible”…

“Reportedly, there have been three additional ladies claiming sexual misconduct on Cuba’s part, one going as far back as 2008. None of those is credible,” Mark J. Heller told People, before adding that their claims would not be addressed in court.

“They certainly won’t be incorporated into the indictment for which we’ll appear in court tomorrow.

“There is no proof of any criminal conduct on Cuba’s part.”

The actor – who is due in court today (Tuesday 18 October) – has previously been accused of groping a woman at a New York City rooftop bar.

According to reports, he was charged with groping the breast of a woman who was sitting next to him and his girlfriend Claudine De Niro at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in Manhattan on June 9 this year.

He was charged with two misdemeanors – forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree. He has pled ‘not guilty’ to both charges.

The maximum penalty for the original offense is one year in prison.

It hasn’t been officially confirmed whether the latest three accusations will be taken any further, although Cuba Gooding Jr’s attorney appears to be confident they “will never result in a conviction”…

“If there was any evidence it would have already been presented to the grand jury,” Mark Heller told the New York Daily News.

“The allegations will never result in a conviction for anything.”

He also mentioned that the second accuser has only come forward after failing to obtain money from the actor in the past.

Billy Porter is reportedly in talks to join the brand new live-action Cinderella cast, and we can’t quite contain our excitement!

The Emmy-award-winning actor (he won the accolade for his unforgettable role as fierce and fabulous ballroom emcee Pray Tell in Pose) is in talks to play the part of the Fairy Godmother in the Sony/James Corden musical remake.

We already know that he has an impressive set of pipes thanks to his several spine-tingling musical numbers in Pose, as well as his Tony-award-winning performance in Kinky Boots.

Camilla Cabello will play the role of the leading lady, and will reportedly also be involved with the music.

It will be interesting to see how James Corden, director Kay Cannon, and producer Leo Pearlman will breathe new life into the 1950s Disney classic.

It has already received two live-action remakes (in 1997 starring Brandy, Whitney Houston and Whoopi Goldberg, and in 2015 starring Lily James) and a number of adaptations (hello A Cinderella Story starring Hilary Duff!) but we have high hopes for the latest Sony version too.

It is being described as “a modern reimagining” of the classic fairy-tale, and was reportedly built around an idea that James Corden had. We’re intrigued…

According to Sony, the movie is currently slated for release on February 5, 2021.

If you are 30 and have never had a girlfriend you are not alone. There are so many great, hot looking guys who are in a similar situation. If you are one of them and all your friends keep showing up at events with girlfriends, you are probably asking yourself “why me?”. Or maybe you just love being unattached for one reason or another. Or you are this person who acts like you don’t care when you are with your friends but your single status is eating you inside. Is it something to be ashamed of?

No girlfriend? Something wrong?

Most men who have never had girlfriend at 30 think that there must be something wrong with them. They are constantly wondering what they could be doing wrong. They follow advice after advice but they just can’t score a great woman.

The thing is, it never comes as a shock to me anymore when I meet someone who is successful, attractive (the whole package) but has never been in a relationship. That said, I won’t lie to you that the “BUT WHY” question never crosses my mind. It does all the time. And I always wonder what could be wrong. I mean what is this you could be doing that turns women off every time?

I am sure even the person who totally wants a girlfriend but has never had one can’t answer the question “Why have I never had a girlfriend” with certainty. The reasons could be many. Plus, maybe different girls just have their deal breakers and he has them all (which I think is quite impossible). I am a hopeless romantic. I like to believe there is someone for everyone no matter how flawed one is.

Maybe there is nothing wrong with you. You just meet people who aren’t the right fit. Maybe you just have standards that the women you meet don’t meet. Or you are just the kind of guy who is genuinely comfortable with being unattached and one-night-stands work just fine.

Whatever the reasons for having no girlfriend in your lifetime, is it something to be ashamed of? Hell NO!

Why you shouldn’t be ashamed of never having a girlfriend

If you are one of the guys who have never had a girlfriend, you probably think that everyone is judging you for always being solo. Well, I am sure it crosses their minds for a minute or less. But is it something that they will lose sleep over thinking about it? I will “HELL NO!” again! If you are someone who actively wants to meet someone real, it sucks. But do people really care about your relationship status? Hmmm… Maybe your close family members and the neighborhood gossips. That’s as far as it goes. So why are you feeling ashamed?

People are engrossed in their own worlds

Let’s say you are at dinner with a friend and they ask if you are seeing someone. Dude, it’s just small talk. Period! Don’t overburden yourself with thoughts that they are probably thinking you are strange. You might not have someone to girlfriend but you are probably getting laid more than they are.

The thing is, some questions that people ask are just a way of them being polite, trying to seem supportive or just making conversation. If your main problem is 30 never had a girlfriend, those with girlfriends also have their own set of problems. They are wrapped up in their own worlds. You got your single problems? They got their dating or marital problems.

Trust me. No one spends their free time wondering why you are single. You are probably the only one who is worried I’ve never had a girlfriend! You’ll meet, they will ask, you will answer, and your solo status becomes a thing of the past… until next time they ask.

Being single doesn’t make you THAT special

Yea! You are special. But being single doesn’t mean special. Independent. That’s as far as it goes. the thing is, you are not the only person who has never had someone to call a girlfriend on earth. Being single is not a death sentence. So when you feel down, just remember you are not alone. You are just one of them and there is nothing to be ashamed of. it’s nothing to write home about.

Everyone has their journey… and time

So you didn’t meet the one in high school or on an online dating site. Does that make you a loser? Again… HELL NO! The thing is, people have different paths and journeys. And in your own time, you will get there. Yes, the I’ve never had a girlfriend situation might bother you now, but there is more to life than being attached to someone. Just look at your life and all the other amazing things happening. And if nothing is, then find something to occupy your mind. When the time is right, you will have that girlfriend.

Someday, love will come your way

Right now you might be the 30 never had a girlfriend guy but the day you meet someone worth the wait, you no longer will be. That single guy role you have been playing will be long gone. It’s only a matter of time. Someday, you find love. Now, you are single. It’s just a stage in your life. Don’t give it more power than that. It’s just a stage.

Those who judge you for being single are just insecure

The thing is, people will always make comments. If you are single at 30, they have been making them over the years. They have even suggested ways you could turn your single status into a relationship. But have you ever stopped and wondered that maybe they could be projecting their own insecurities on to you? They have probably never been single and your independence is just killing them. Maybe they are in bad relationships and are using your single status to make them feel that they are better off attached than being single. Or maybe, they are just jealous of how awesome your life is. Just own your life and ignore those that make you feel its less.

Count your blessings…

You might think its cliche when you have never had girlfriend at 30 but it helps. What’s good in your life? Family? Friends? Booming career? These things may not keep you warm at night but if your life is great in other ways, then you should celebrate it. There is more to life than being in a relationship. And the sooner you realize that the faster you will grow as a person. What’s important when you are single is what’s happening at the moment. When the relationship comes, you will add it to your list of blessings to count.

It’s none of their business

The way you shouldn’t be spending every waking hour of your time thinking about your friend’s crappy boyfriend is the same way they shouldn’t be worrying about you being single. It’s your life. Just care less when someone brings up your single status. It’s none of their business. The thing is, you might be single by choice. Maybe you have prioritized your career over being attached. If you are happy with your life as it is then that’s all that matters.

There is a reason you are single

Being single doesn’t make you the worst person on earth. The people who like you will not like you any less just because you are solo. The thing is, in this busy life of ours, it’s harder to meet someone. And that is why we have dating websites. Career, school, a love for the one night stands, high standards, independence… These and more could be the reason for your single status. Or maybe your awesomeness just intimidates women… Whatever it is, own it. When you are ready, then you will find love.

The moment you meet someone special it will all be in the past

One great power that we human’s have is the power to forget. The moment you are in a relationship, being single will be something you will forget. Much as you will have some adjusting to do because you have never had a girlfriend, eventually, stability comes. And you will get used to having someone by your side. You will get used to it so much that your single days will become a distant memory. The fact that you had been single all your life won’t matter anymore.

There is nothing wrong with being single

So you go to weddings alone, or, you show up home for holidays alone. So what? There is absolutely nothing wrong with being single. It’s just what it is. You are single. The thing is, being single no longer means that you have no options. It could be a choice to not let a mere relationship status define you. You are probably just living HAPILLY now as you wait for your EVER AFTER to work itself out. If it bothers someone that much, let them write a book about it.
