Is it possible to identify the signs of a stale relationship when you are still madly in love? The thing with love is that the feeling can be so fantastic that it can sometimes blind you to the very reality of what is really happening in your relationship. A good relationship has to be 2-way. Unfortunately, there are times that it is not. One person can be feeling the love and the other feeling a totally different way.

Being in love doesn’t really mean that things will always be smooth. Even those in super happy relationships usually go through their ups and downs. So even those people we see and admire because we feel they are in a perfect relationship don’t have perfect relationships at all times.

The thing is, there are some dynamics that come into play that can bring some tension to an otherwise smooth relationship. Has the chemistry died down? You are no longer as physically intimate as you used to be

Even when it’s not possible for one of you to have sex because of medical reasons, that cuddling and holding hands should be enough to show that the two of you are still in sync.

So if there is a dramatic change that has happened in your physical intimacy that has no rational explanation whatsoever, or things have shifted in a way that doesn’t feel normal then that’s a sign for sure.

The answer to how to overcome stale sex is to come up with new things to try in the bedroom. Come up with creative ways to spice up your marriage or relationship such as trying some sex talk, bedroom games, and be open to try out new things like bondage, anal play, and sex talk. Lack of appreciation

Some things might seem minute generally. But in the relationship world, they mean a lot. When couples start out they are usually grateful for everything. Going back to caring from a point of indifference is easy. But when you cross over to being consciously hurtful to one another, doing and saying hurtful things as opposed to trying to be kind to one another, then that’s one of the relationship getting stale signs.

Solution to no longer being good to each other

If your partner is the one who is solely hurtful to you no matter how nice you are to him or her, then you don’t have to deal with a mean person. You have the choice to walk away. If on the other hand both of you are doing it, then the choice is yours. If you acknowledge that you are bad to one another and both want to shift gears and go back to being nice or do you feel that it’s best to walk away before things get worse, then so be it.

There is a profound lack of joy and excitement

Sometimes it’s hard to identify the stale relationship signs because you are deep into the relationship until that nosy or close friend mentions that you and your spouse don’t seem as happy or as close as you used to be anymore. You then realize they are actually right.

If you no longer look forward to being with your spouse anymore, then you need to stop and reflect on that.  Seeing the person you love even after a few hours of being apart should elicit some feelings of excitement and happiness. If you feel apathy towards them, then that is one of the main signs of a stale relationship.

Solution to lack of joy and excitement

Mostly, this happens because the connection that you had when you first got together is broken. Sometimes, it’s because you have not been dealing with issues that they become overwhelming. If you are both committed to the relationship then it’s worth exploring what is going on. If there are things you need to talk about, talk, and deal with them.

Sometimes, getting that joy and excitement back is as simple as going back to the basics. Go back to doing the silly things that used to make you happy when you first met. Lastly, don’t be afraid to seek therapy.

I never thought I would be writing an article about what makes a good friend. It’s not rocket science, right? Well, you will be shocked at the number of people that have no idea or clue about being great friends. If anything what usually happens is that they have no idea whether they are being bad in the first place. You will be amazed at the number of people who search on google about it. That is why today on Love is All Colors, we have decided to tackle this simple yet complicated topic.

What makes someone a good friend

What does it mean to be a good friend? What are some of the most common qualities of a good friend?

There are a lot of people who are out there and are very lonely and in serious search of an amazing fiend. Some of these people are lonely simply because they have no clue about what makes a good friend or best friend qualities. So subconsciously, they tend to push other people away who are nothing but genuine friends to them. The thing is we are all wired differently. That said though, we are also wired to search and yearn for meaningful relationships. Some studies have shown that people who have good friends in their lives tend to live healthier and longer.

There is this common adage: ‘In order to have a great friend, you must first be one’. I guess this is the reason why most people keep searching over and over again about finding good friends. Have you noticed the number of people who are committing suicide because of depression? This could all be because when they needed a true friend to talk to when struggling with depression, there was no one.

So how can one learn to be a good friend? What is the definition of a good friend? Well, let us dive in and take a look at some of the qualities and how you can turn to be one and how you can also teach others to be better friends.

Make time for your friends

Growing up, it was very easy to just spend time with friends. We had gangs and groups, and because we would go to the same schools, it was easy to just be there. The distance was never a limiting factor. We could practically see our friends on a daily basis.

In adulthood, the reality of the matter is that friendships require more effort. Our schedules are crazy. People have different lives. It is even harder now especially with the world on lockdown.

That doesn’t mean that our friendships also have to be on lockdown. You can always schedule time for a friend. Even if you can’t be physically there for them, what makes a good friend is one who can make a phone call or a video call. Apparently texting doesn’t count! But if you want more memorable and meaningful memorable conversations, a simple lunch date will do.

Time is one of the best things you can give a friend. So spend time with that person you treasure. Remember friendships take time to develop. They don’t happen overnight.

Be honest and real

Honesty is one of the absolutely necessary best friend qualities to be able to develop trusting relationships. No one wants a friend who keeps lying to them. When lies eventually come to light, they break relationships. Now, when it comes to being honest, sometimes we also have to tell a friend some things about them that they might not want to hear. A good friend will be candid but with their friend’s feelings in mind. They will express their concerns and opinions in a kind way.

Speaking of being real, you need to be your true self around your friend. That way, you will know that this person loves you for who you are. True friends accept each other for exactly who they are… even with all the flaws. So in order to be a great friend, you need to be comfortable in your own skin. Just be you. True friends are relaxed when they are around one another because they can stay true to themselves.

Be loyal and supportive in good and in bad times

Is it a crisis or is it a celebration? What makes a good friend is usually being loyal and supportive in good and in bad times. It is like the marriage vows phrase “for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health…”. So always be loyal to your friend. Have they made some accomplishments worth throwing a party for? Celebrate with them. Are they going through some troubling times, then be there for them no matter what your circumstances are. Be genuinely happy for their successes.

Here are examples of loyalty in friendship. You can show your loyalty through your words. Sometimes, a lack of words is also one of the examples of loyalty in friendship. For instance, you can’t be talking behind your friend’s back or share their personal stuff behind their backs. At the same time being too judgmental is not what makes someone a good friend. So don’t tear your friends down. What does it mean to be a good friend? Whenever you get a judgy attitude, always remind yourself that your friend is doing the best they can.

Good friendships require unconditional acceptance no matter how you might feel sometimes. Be a shoulder to cry on… a pillar they can lean on. Use positive words of encouragement when talking to your friend. One of the qualities of a good friend is to be a builder to your friend instead of a demolisher.

Be willing to solve any issues you might be having as friends

People are brought up differently. That is why every relationship also hits some bumps every now and then. So if there is some conflict between the two of you, a good friend shows the other that they are willing to iron out things. Now, when a friend hurts you, it can be really difficult to be the bigger person amid misunderstandings and hurt feelings. But you know what? Some of the lasting relationships become even stronger after going through some difficult times. Don’t give up on friendship just because you are going through a rough patch. Try and work things out if this person is that special to you.

Keep their secrets

If there is one thing that can really mess up great friendships, it is being a loudmouth. True friends guard each other’s secrets. When a friend tells you something in confidence, please take it to the grave as you promised. Show them that you can be trusted even with their deepest secrets. True friends guard each other’s secrets with their lives.

That said, the opposite is true. You should be able to be vulnerable with them as well as allow them to show their vulnerability. So, you should be able to share with them your deepest secrets and allow them to do the same without fear that you will betray them someday.

When a friend opens up to you about their fears or their hopes, don’t judge. Make sure they know that you can be trusted with their vulnerability and that you will never take advantage of it. This way, they will always know that they can reach out to you, no matter what the situation is. Can you be such a friend?

Laugh out loud!

Another adage: “Laughter is the best medicine”. This could be the reason why people who have great friends tend to be healthier and live longer. Laughter always brings a friendship to life. Most of the best memories that friends have come from some inside jokes that they share. Inside jokes that no one else understands until the two friends explain them.

Life needs not to be that serious. So what makes a good friend is taking the time to relax and take some time out from the serious stuff. Do silly stuff that makes you laugh until you cry because the stomach hurts too much. Watch some funny movies. Share with each other funny video clips or memes. You can get through rough times together just by laughing.

Listen

It’s never just about you. So when a friend is telling you about their problems, listen. Don’t brush them off and talk about yourself. Sometimes, its never about the advice you give. It is about knowing that someone can listen. So, listen and ask them how they feel before giving advice. For the good and bad! That is the definition of a good friend.

Do you know how to slow down a relationship that is a rebound? If you are just from a breakup, focus more on repairing a relationship with yourself. Have some me-time first and cleanse yourself from the toxicity of the previous relationship. You will know you are ready when you begin to want to have a relationship as opposed to needing one.

Too much communication

There are some perks of moving in together… logistically. Everything gets split into half. Plus, you tend to spend every night with this new special someone. Tempting as it may be, don’t let yourself slide into cohabitation too fast. It actually causes more harm than good. There is a higher risk of divorce in most couples who move in together before making a defined commitment to one another.

Don’t expect Jordyn Woods to keep apologizing to Kylie Jenner and the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner family until she is forgiven.

According to insiders, Jordyn Woods is “done” apologizing for kissing Khloe Kardashian’s then boyfriend Tristan Thompson – who is also the father to her daughter, True Thompson – at a party last year. And she is now moving on with her life for good…

“Jordyn’s position now is she’s going to just let it be what it is. She said what she had to say,” an insider reportedly told People magazine.

The insider, who claims to be a close friend of the 22-year-old, said that Jordyn Woods is focusing on herself, and is trying to slowly but surely further her career.

“She’s working. She had a stint on a TV show and she has a couple brand deals coming up,” the source added.

“She’s not doing too, too much, but is staying busy.”

The TV show that the source is referring to is most likely Grown-ish, as Jordyn made her acting debut in a guest-starring role on the popular show last year.

Although there are no signs of Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods rekindling their friendship, Khloe Kardashian made a bold statement at the end of the year, saying that she had forgiven both Tristan and Jordyn for the cheating incident.

“I have moved on, found forgiveness and wish you only happiness and joy!” she wrote on her Instagram Story in December.

We’re glad to see that Khloe has found it in her heart to forgive them – especially as she and Tristan seem to be nailing this co-parenting thing…

“Tristan is very charming and sweet to Khloe,” a source told People back in December.

“She always wanted to keep her family together because of True. Splitting from Tristan in the past was extremely difficult for her.

“Right now she is focused on just getting along with him so they can have the best family time together with True.”

New Year New Me. This is a phrase that we keep hearing from almost everyone whenever we approach a fresh year. This is when people sit down crafting and thinking about their new year’s eve goals. Most of us vow to be better than we were the previous year. Well, it kind of makes sense because we all want to better people. And very many people have lived by that phrase. Well just like most people, I am hoping that this new year will also bring out a new me.

Now looking back at the previous years, to be honest, I think I have failed miserably when it comes to honoring the resolutions I made for myself. So for me, this year, I choose to acknowledge who I truly am by letting go of the ‘New Me’ thing.

The thing is, after a lot of soul searching, I realized that much as we should have new years eve goals,  we need to also learn to believe that in some ways, we are good enough as we are. So you don’t really need to craft a new you. You don’t need to try and be someone you are not. For me, I think over the years, it has damaged my self-worth and identity.

When I go home for the holidays and meet friends and relatives whose lives seem better than mine, that is when I put pressure on myself. One of the new years resolution examples that I kept making was to get married and start a family. Now if I am to be realistic, for that to happen, you need a man and a working relationship. But putting that kind of pressure on myself made me appear desperate to the men I met which sabotaged most of my relationships. So that is the main reason I want to let go of the new year new me mentality.

Go easy on me

The thing is, I made my mistakes in 2019. And if I was able to go back and do things differently, I would have. But unfortunately, I can’t. Yes, I would like to be a better person. But I don’t want to be a different person. I don’t want to let go of the person that I am. I want to be better and still maintain my identity.

The thing is we can be better. And by being better, it means recognizing our strengths and improving on that as opposed to beating ourselves up with new years resolution examples like getting a baby when you have no one to make that baby with. This year, I am going to embrace who I am and improve on my strengths. That way, I won’t be setting myself up for failure.

So one of my ideas for new years resolutions is reflecting on my good qualities, making them even stronger and giving myself daily inspiration. I want to recognize the things that I can accomplish and channel the best qualities of who I am and what I am passionate about for good.

New year better me – I can be better without losing myself

One of the best new years resolution ideas is to just be a better person without losing my identity. So I have decided to change the new year new me to new year better me. I have my flaws and that is what makes me who I am. Those I can change, I will. Those I can’t fix, I can’t run away from. I know I can be a better person. But being better doesn’t mean that I become uncomfortable with who I am.

So, I have decided to look for areas in my life and focus on self-improvements. The best way to come up with realistic ideas for new years resolutions is to ask yourself if whatever you want to work on is worth the trouble. If the answer is “no”, then trying to do it will only lead to failure and you will continue beating yourself up after that failure.

I will stop comparing myself to other people

Whenever I went home for the holidays, I found myself comparing myself to my siblings and the friends I used to meet. And whenever I went back home, I would try and compete with them. But one day I came to realize that they also had the pressure of appearing like their lives were great. So they would go out of their way to put up these appearances. But when I discovered that one of my friends who came with this massive car, that it was a lease, I decided to stop comparing myself to people I only meet once a year.

The thing is, we all want to look better in front of our families. It’s human nature. But then again, you don’t have to go out of your way to live a life that you cannot afford. In the end, you will cave in under that pressure.

Make goals that are achievable

One of the new years resolution ideas that I noticed works is looking at myself, my intentions about the goals that I am making and asking myself if I am doing them for me or doing them to please others. Now, the goals that I have been able to achieve are those that I set for my own good. So always ask yourself why you are setting those goals in the first place.

So here are some things to consider:

Make your resolutions attainable: Set smaller goals that you can build upon over time.

Acknowledge what you are doing well: Stop focusing on your negatives and work more on your positives. Look at the direction that is going well in your life and do that better. Look at yourself through strength-based goggles and motivate yourself to making better what is already working.

Give yourself a thumbs up for all the baby steps you are taking: For instance, if weight is what you want to lose, congratulate yourself for something as small as going to the gym regularly. Always acknowledge that real change happens over time. Plus, just making the effort of exercising means that you are on the path of living a healthy lifestyle.

Positive affirmations: Now stupid as this might seem, positive affirmations do work. So every morning you wake up, try and motivate yourself. Make yourself feel like you are doing great and that you are making progress towards achieving whatever goals you have set for yourself. Being in a positive mood will give you more motivation.

I want to love myself

My new year new me theme is to love myself. Now we are human. And part of being human is usually looking at what we are doing wrong in our lives and focusing on our flaws. And whenever I look at the negative bits of me, I become unhappy and demotivated.

Well, my number one new years resolution is to love myself and to focus on the good. Now one thing I am doing differently this year is keeping a journal of all the good things that are happening in my life and being grateful for them. And even if I don’t find anything, I decide to be grateful for things like just being alive.

So this year, as part of being a new me, I decided to embark on a journey to self-acceptance. This year, I choose to make myself a priority and making time to do things that make me happy – things that uplift me. I want to celebrate even the smallest achievements. I choose not to be too hard on myself.

The thing is, I am not perfect. No one is. So I am choosing to look within me, and the good within me. I choose to embrace who I am and be grateful for every breath I take. I am a work in progress. And I know with time, I will get where I want to be.

Billie Eilish has confirmed that she will be recording the official theme song for the upcoming James Bond film, No Time To Die.

The 18-year-old is the youngest artist in history to record the James Bond theme song… so no pressure!

According to reports, Billie wrote the song with her older brother Finneas O’Connell, who she recorded her Grammy-nominated debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? with.

“There are a chosen few who record a Bond theme. I am a huge fan of Billie and Finneas,” said No Time To Die director Cary Joji Fukunaga.

“Their creative integrity and talent are second to none and I cannot wait for audiences to hear what they’ve brought – a fresh new perspective whose vocals will echo for generations to come.”

And as you can imagine, Billie and Finneas are beside themselves with excitement too, describing it as a dream come true.

“It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way,” she said in a statement, according to CNN.

“To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honour.

“James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.

“Writing the theme song for a Bond film is something we’ve been dreaming about doing our entire lives.

“There is no more iconic pairing of music and cinema than the likes of Goldfinger and Live And Let Die. We feel so so lucky to play a small role in such a legendary franchise, long live 007.”

Billie Eilish has some pretty big shoes to fill, as the likes of Shirley Bassey, Adele, Sam Smith, Tom Jones, Tina Turner, Madonna, and Duran Duran are just a few of the big names who have had the honor of recording the James Bond theme.

And to pile on the pressure, even more, Adele and Sam Smith – who recorded the themes for Skyfall and Spectre respectively – won ‘Best Original Song’ Oscars for their tracks Skyfall and Writings on the Wall.

Billy Porter has given us a very small – but very significant – insight into the new live-action Cinderella remake.

We told you a few months ago that the Emmy-winning Pose star was in talks to play the role of the fairy godmother (a dream casting, we must say) but very little info about James Corden’s musical remake had come out. Until now…

Billy Porter teased that although he didn’t know much about the movie, as filming doesn’t start for another few months, he did know that it will have a very modern update…

“The only thing I can know is that I am calling it a Cinderella for the #MeToo era,” he told E! News.

“That’s all I really know.

“We start filming in February and I have only had preliminary conversations about it over the phone.”

Does this mean that Cinderella will no longer need her Prince Charming to save her from her wicked stepmother and stepsisters? Does she go and find him herself instead of waiting for him to search the kingdom? Will she even leave her life behind to marry a man she had only just met? Who knows – but we’re excited to find out!

Camila Cabello will star as Cinderella, while Kay Cannon is set to write and direct. The live-action musical comedy remake is currently slated for release on February 5, 2021.

 Intermittent fasting 101

To put it simply, intermittent fasting a way of eating that involves regular fasting. It is one of the popularly known diets. It goes by the 5:2 diet or The Fast Diet and has been made popular by British journalist Michael Mosley. So let me take you through intermittent fasting 101.

This diet is called the 5:2 diet because one eats normally for 5 days a week and then there are dietary restrictions 2 days of the week. During the 2 days, a dieter is restricted to  500–600 calories per day. So basically, this diet is more of a lifestyle change kind of diet. You are not restricted to the foods you eat or when to eat them.

My journey and the 5:2 diet results

When I decided to go the 5:2 diet way, I found it to be a bit easier pattern to stick with. Much as there is the ‘fasting’ bit, it isn’t really fasting… just a 2-day calorie restriction. I had quite a struggle with my weight since teenagehood. And much as I was hopeful about losing some of that weight in college, with all that partying and freedom that I had, that didn’t happen. I didn’t admire how I looked. And my weight was really wearing down on my self-esteem.

One day, I randomly came across an article about the intermittent-fasting plan. The thing that shocked me the most was the word “FASTING”. With my love for cake and chocolate, was I really going to be able to hack this diet? Mind you, this wasn’t the first time I was trying out a diet. I had been had my fair share of fad dieting. But a girl has to try right?

The thing is, month in month out, you will always find some diet being hailed to be the best. They all promise amazing results with minimal effort on your part. Unfortunately, most of them come with health consequences. You find yourself depriving your body of important nutrients needed. And before you know it, your body is turning against you! Story of my life. So instead of losing weight, your body goes into starvation mode and stores every bit of fat it can.

Then after a month or two of denying my body its favorite foods, my body mocked me by craving all those foods. Then came all the weight I had lost and then some…

I eventually started looking for something that was going to be a lifestyle change for me. And they say that it takes  21 days for a dietary change to become a habit. But being fat always made me look for a quick fix. So it never used to take long before every fad diet of the season backfired on me. And every time I didn’t see immediate results, I jumped on to the next fad diet. And believe me, there is always the next one around the corner.

So what is so special about this 5:2 diet?

Well, I began to search for the 5:2 diet results. The 5:2 diet success stories were impressive. Plus the 5:2 idea really gave me the jolt I needed to try it out. Five days a week and a calory restriction of just 2 days. No restrictive 5:2 diet meals? This really impressed me.

How do you go about the 5:2 diet plan?

The good thing about this diet is that there are no fixed or restrictive 5:2 diet meals. I got to eat my normal meals for five days a week without having to think of calorie restrictions. So all I had to worry about was the other two days where I had to reduce my calorie intake. Plus, it’s not a strict 5:2 plan. You get to choose the two days that you want to do the intermittent fasting. So you can pick, say, Monday and Thursday as your fasting days… and at least you get to eat a little. And then you have your five days when you get to eat normally.

Now, one thing that probably was the reason why I got the 5:2 diet results is that as much as there is the “eat normally” bit, I didn’t take it to mean “all you can eat”. Binging on my cakes and chocolate was out of the question. There are numerous 5:2 diet success stories that show impressive health benefits. Plus, I found it easier to follow because it had no continuous calorie restrictions. So if you do it right, it is a very effective diet. I never compensated for the calories that I reduced during the fasting days.

When you do intermittent fasting bodybuilding by combining it with endurance exercises and strength training the results are much better. I reduced my tummy fat and gained muscle mass and lost weight while at it.

What are you expected to eat on the two fasting days?

I loved the fact that there were no rules about what or when to eat on my two ‘special’ days. For me, breakfast is one of the meals I never missed. I found it easier having a small breakfast and spreading my calories throughout the day. I preferred having three small meals. Plus, most of my foods were high in fiber and protein. So I felt full faster and found that I got hungrier lesser. I did soups on the fasting days.

It can be hard immediately you try it out but the good thing is that you don’t have to be drastic about it. Just watch what you eat and keep lowering the intake of calories until you can handle it. Start with reducing 10 or 20 calories a day. That way you will be in a position to maintain the intake.

The thing is, extreme dieting never worked for me before. Starvation diets didn’t just do it for me. I realized later that no matter what diet you are on, you need the calories, the vitamins, and the necessary minerals to keep your body going. So excessive dieting was impossible from the willpower perspective.

Why the 5:2 diet worked

My before and after intermittent fasting results were amazing. That polite fasting was a different path of reducing calories in a realistic manner. In 2 weeks I managed to lose 9 pounds. And as I got used to the routine, I lost even more. After 6 months, I had lost 42 pounds. The 5:2 diet results really amazed me. I was finally in control of what I was eating and my life in general. I felt great and was no longer panting after a flight of stairs.

The thing with other diets is that they just don’t work or they tend to be temporary. You lose a few pounds then gain a few and end up with more weight than you had before. I managed to lose the weight and managed to keep it off. Intermittent fasting bodybuilding is important. You need the proteins to maintain your muscle strength.

It wasn’t easy at first. There were days when I would feel too hungry and a bit weak. But I had my eyes on the price. A general lifestyle change. So the hunger pangs eventually faded because all I did was keeping my mind occupied. Plus, I made sure that my breakfast was packed with proteins and fiber. Plus after a few fasting days, I got used to it. And I realized that it also helped me cut down on the calories I used to take in during the normal eating days.

There is the option of spreading the calories and having a small healthy snack in case you start feeling unwell. But if you keep feeling unwell then you better seek medical advice and know if you are fit to continue with the diet or not. Just like all other diets, intermittent fasting is not for everyone. But if you can do it, the before and after intermittent fasting results are great, even healthwise.

I found this diet easier because it isn’t complicated. Its only 2 days of calorie reduction. Plus, you get to spread the days. They don’t have to be consecutive days. Much as it can be hard at first, eventually you get used to it. Plus, abstaining the potato chips was easier than moderation. Because the moment you dip your hand into that bag of chips, stopping won’t be easy. Plus the restriction is manageable. You have the 5 days to enjoy your food. There is no constant deprivation with this diet.

Benefits of intermittent fasting diet

  • Besides the weight loss, I noticed that my mental focus improved. And for me, the focus shifted from food and to more productive tasks of the day. At the same time, it improves various metabolic features that are beneficial to brain functions. It also delays the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.
  • The diet plan is very sustainable. As I said, I have tried several diets but this was easier to maintain. Plus, the fasting isn’t forever. Once you reach your desired weight, you can always stop. Or you could reduce the fasting days from two days to a day.
  • I lost the belly fat. But this was because I was not overcompensating by eating much more during my normal eating days.
  • Studies have shown that this diet reduces insulin levels hence lowering the risks of type 2 diabetes.
  • The diet reduces the risk of heart diseases and high blood pressure

Who should avoid the diet?

Much as there are several health and weight loss benefits of this diet, its not for everyone. People who should avoid this diet include:

  • People with a history of eating disorders
  • Individuals with issues of drops in blood sugar levels
  • Pregnant and nursing mothers
  • Children and teenagers
  • People with type 1 diabetes
  • Underweight or malnourished individuals
  • Women with fertility issues or those trying to get pregnant.

The thing is, some women have reported a lack of menstrual period as a result of the diet. So women should also be more careful when trying out this diet.

I am not trying to convince you to try out the diet. But if the 5:2 diet results I have experienced are anything to go by, then I would advise you to try it out.

Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper ended their four-year relationship back in June, and now it looks like the Russian supermodel just might be up for dating again. Maybe…

In the summer, insiders made it very clear that the 33-year-old model was in no rush to get back on the dating scene, choosing to spend time with her (and Bradley Cooper’s) daughter instead. And also to allow herself time to heal properly. (Did you hear that Miley Cyrus?)

“Irina isn’t dating anyone at the moment. She’s focused on her daughter and spending time with her. She would like to meet someone in the future, but it’s not a priority at the moment,” an insider told E! News at the time.

“She just got out of a long-term relationship and wants to take time to heal.”

Well, now it seems like Irina may have healed – possibly – as she was spotted with a mystery man earlier this week. And the internet is understandably going crazy!

The mystery man’s identity is just that – a mystery. Nobody knows whether he is a friend, lover, or even bodyguard. But the world is definitely intrigued…

Irina and MM (mystery man!) were spotted enjoying a leisurely stroll together in New York City and then leaving the Mercer Hotel together for a night out.

Although we don’t know much, Irina looked relaxed and happy; not to mention utterly gorgeous as always. Check out the pictures if you don’t believe us.

Meanwhile, Bradley Cooper is also said to be “back onto the dating scene” following the breakup…
