Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are notoriously quiet about their relationship, so it really surprised us to learn that they finally opened up about their life.

As part of their August cover shoot with GQ, the new parents spoke openly about their relationship, family life, and of course, their little bundle of joy Stormi Webster…

Let’s start at the beginning, as we’ve always been intrigued by their first few dates.

Although their first official date was at Coachella, the couple revealed that they didn’t have many other conventional dates after. Instead, Kylie chose to follow her new beau on tour (as you do!)…

“I really jumped on the bus. And then we rode off into the sunset. I did the whole tour with him,” she told GQ, before adding that their relationship was able to blossom away from prying eyes…

“We had a lot of downtime. It was organic.

“And we would just go to these random cities. We would just be in Cleveland, walking the street for hours. We would go on walks, and no one would bother us.”

That definitely wouldn’t happen in LA, that’s for sure! You’d be surprised at the levels Kylie and Travis actually used to go to – and still do – to keep their relationship as private as possible, including staying in separate places to not give anything away…

“I don’t think he’s really cool with it,” Kylie said, referencing the fame surrounding the Kardashian/Jenner family and the precautions they have to take for privacy and security.

“But he deals with it because we love each other and we have a family. I know he doesn’t like the attention.

“That’s why we just go the extra mile to keep our relationship super private, or like, if he has events or something, I won’t come. Because I want him to do his own thing.

“I want him to be him. I don’t want it to be Kylie and Trav. If people don’t ever see us together, that’s okay with me, because we just do our thing.”

Very supportive!

Another highlight from the interview was learning about how romantic and sentimental Travis Scott actually is. From tearing up at the birth of his daughter to surprising Kylie on her birthday, Travis Scott certainly has a hidden sweet side…

“Probably the most romantic thing he’s done for me is, on my birthday, he woke me up out of bed at like six in the morning,” Kylie reminisced.

“He was like, ‘We gotta go,’ and I’m just like half asleep, like, ‘What do you mean? What do you mean?’ And he just starts pulling me, and the sun was just coming up, and he had flowers all the way down his house and violin players everywhere.

“The rager can have a sweet side.”
