Miley Cyrus has used her fame to bring the message of kindness and compassion home during this confusing Coronavirus pandemic.

The 27-year-old singer and actress took to social media to urge her 105 million followers to be compassionate, in regards to the mass hoarding that is going on in some areas of the world.

“Be thoughtful. Respectful. Compassionate. HUMAN. while preparing for social distancing,” Miley Cyrus wrote on Instagram.

“NO ONE needs every soup in the store, the more we hoard the more expensive and sparse necessities will become, leaving many without essentially,” she continued.

“This is a great time to practice restraint… it’s incredibly difficult to make smart decisions while panicking.

“But think twice before following fear and being inconsiderate. There is enough to go around if we take care of one another. This is a beautiful time to LEAD!”

Miley Cyrus isn’t the only A-lister to take to social media to help and advise fans during this pandemic…

Lady Gaga also used Instagram to keep her fans updated on how she is handling  Coronavirus. She told her Little Monsters that she is choosing to self-isolate, in a bid to protect the elderly, who are the most vulnerable…

“So I talked to some doctors and scientists. It’s not the easiest for everyone right now but the kindest/healthiest thing we can do is self-quarantine and not hang out with people over 65 and in large groups,” Lady Gaga wrote.

“I wish I could see my parents and grandmas right now but it’s much safer to not so I don’t get them sick in case I have it. I’m hanging at home with my dogs. I love you world, we’ll all get through this.

“Trust me, I talked to God –she said we’re gonna be ok.”

Will you be taking Miley Cyrus’s advice? Are you social distancing like Lady Gaga?
